In addition, the reduction of the environmental impacts associated with embodied carbon has been prioritized through the thoughtful selection of low-carbon construction materials. As part of this commitment, Listowel Gardens Apartments' is currently targeting the Canada Green Building Council's (CaGBC) Zero Carbon Building Standard, Design Certification.  This third-party verified certification process ensures the building will be designed such that it can achieve zero-carbon emissions once in operation.

At Listowel Gardens Apartments, there is a suite layout for everyone. We offer various thoughtfully designed suites to match your lifestyle, including bachelor, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units. Our 2-bedroom units feature walk-in* showers for added convenience.

At Listowel Gardens Apartments, there is ample parking including electric vehicle chargers. Additionally, there is visitor parking. To reserve your preference for parking spaces, please speak to our dedicated leasing team.

There are two EV stations at Listowel Gardens Apartments Phase 1 with more to come in the future.

Leasing and Renting

Ready to apply? We want to make the rental process as easy as possible, and it’s now available to complete online. In order to do so, we require some specific information. If you're ready to start the application process for your new home, please have the following information ready:

  1. Proof of income 

  2. Identification 

  3. Landlord reference(s)

  4. Last Month’s Rent 

 

To Complete a Leasing Application

You can apply directly on the website by picking the floor plan and suite you like the best. Simply click on the ‘Apply Now’ button and follow the steps.

Alternatively, our Leasing consultant or on-site team will be able to send you a unique link to complete your application through RENTCafé, an online leasing platform. Or the Leasing consultant can meet with you in person to complete an application together. Please be prepared to provide a valid email address and the suite you’re interested in applying for.

Proof of Income: To verify your income, please be prepared to upload one of the following to RENTCafé:

  1. Your most recent pay stub
  2. A letter of job offer on company letterhead
  3. Or another source of income that may apply to you

Landlord Reference

  1. The name and telephone number of your current landlord will be required on the online application, so we may call for a reference.

Identification

  1. We will be conducting a credit check on your behalf and will require one piece of ID with your name and current address. Please be prepared to upload one to RENTCafé.

Last Month's Rent

  1. We accept online payments for your Last Month’s Rent, by way of your bank account or credit card. Alternatively, you may provide certified funds upon completion of the online application. Please note we will not be able to complete the application without the deposit.

Rent Payment Options

  1. There are two (2) ways you can pay your rent through RENTCafé:
    • Connecting your bank account to the app (no fee)
    • One-time credit card payment (2.25% fee*)
